sometimes I am
so choc a bloc
choc a bloc with love
the light is thinner
reaches every corner
I follow what it does
dancing on my fingertips
combing through my hair
I really hope it stays
but I understand
almost all too well
that it’ll eventually dance away
my friends, my dog,
movies in bed
fill me to the top
fill me with love
I’m so choc a bloc
please oh never stop.
